Yes, in both condos we offer FREE!! wifi internet

Parking:

There is free parking inside the premises so your car will be safe. Punta Marina 01 parking is only 10 meters away from the condo and 302 parking is close to the condo but there are some steps.

Number of guests

Punta Marina 302 is ideal for 6 guests and Punta Marina 01 is ideal for 4 guests.

Do you offer Housekeeping service?

Yes, the standard rate include daily housekeeping service.

Who I can contact if I need anything?

Silvia, the person who receive you at the condo will be your contact in case you need anything, her cellphone will be provide before check arrival.

Cancelation and refund policy

If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
90 % if cancelled 120 days prior to the Check-in Date
50 % if cancelled 90 days prior to the Check-in Date

The unit is wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Punta Marina 01 is totally wheelchair accessible, parking lot is 10 meters away from the condo entrance, it has a wheelchair accessible bathroom and room with enough space for the wheelchair.
No, Punta Marina 302 is not wheelchair accessible it has stairs to enter the condo from the parking lot, and many stairs to the pool.

Do I need to bring beach towels or bed sheets?

No, we provide bed sheets, towels and beach towels. The same as a hotel.

There’s staff or security guard on the condo?

Yes, there’s maintenance staff from 7 am to 6 pm and we have a security guard from 7 pm to 7 am.

What I can found on the kitchen?

The kitchen has all basic gear, to cook and eat at the condo.

How do I make a reservation?

We ask for 50% up front to secure the dates, and the rest 20 days before arrival.

How can I pay?

Deposit or transfer to Mexican bank, USA bank, Check, paypal, or booking trough Airbnb or Tripadvisor.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Yes, a 250 usd security deposit is needed.

What is the check in and check out time?

The check in is at 14:00 hrs and check out is at 12:00 hrs.

Early check in and late check-out.

Ask for it, we can receive you as early as you want in case we don’t have guests checking out that day. The same for late check-out, we can have until night in case we don’t have guests coming in that same day.

How do I get there?

We will send you arriving instructions, with detailed instructions. You can take a cab or rent a car, or we can arrange pick up service for you. You can also look in google maps or Waze for Punta Marina 302 Zihuatanejo and follow the instructions.
